These Terms of Use govern your use of the Chequey mobile application and related services. By using Chequey, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Chequey. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

Chequey aggregates and displays financial information for your personal use. We are not a financial advisor, broker, or fiduciary. The information provided — including net worth calculations, scenario projections, investor matching, and expense analysis — is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
Chequey offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.
If you create or join a household, you consent to sharing your financial data with other members of that household. You are responsible for inviting only people you trust. We are not responsible for how household members use shared data.
Chequey integrates with third-party services including Plaid (bank linking), Apple (payments and authentication), and Google (authentication). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
All content, design, code, and trademarks in the Chequey app are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.
Chequey is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of financial data displayed in the app. We are not responsible for errors in data provided by financial institutions or third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chequey and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to financial losses based on information displayed in the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting us.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
